| Saturday, August 30, 2008 It took 2 tries to get the 12-lap Speedrome Juniors feature underway. Once it was, Jesse Kent made a nice move exiting turn 2 that vaulted him to the top spot. And once again Kent and Zack Curren pulled away to put on a great show. Curren tried to get around Kent, who defended his position. Curren, whose car started to show some smoke from a tire rub, then had to back off. Kent got the win, his 6th, over Curren, Fred Peters and Mike Ferris.
